Integrative Massage is a combination of different modalities. These modalities include Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue (or Deep Tissue) Therapy,and Magnetic Massage. Massage is characterized by the type, pressure, and focus of the strokes.
Connective Tissue (or Deep Tissue) Therapy focuses on the fascia of the body. It helps break apart adhesions and relieve tension so the muscles may function properly without restriction.
Lymphatic Massage: focuses a gentle form of manual therapy performed over the skin to move fluids from thissue and return them to the lymphatic system. This addresses edema and fluid congestion caused by illness, injury or physical/mental/emotional stress.
Oncology Massage - A gentle soothing form of massage taking care to provide a supportive healing touch for someone affected by cancer.
Sports Massage - Specific strokes and stretches to help obtain minimum performance and physical conditioning with less change of injury or pain before and after an event or work out.
Hot Stone Therapy - This penetrating heat massage used hot stones which allows for a deeper relaxation of the muscles compared to regular massage.

CPTG® doTERRA Oils are dropped along spinal column and feet, massaged in thus mixing the oils with the cerebral spinal fluid. This is an add-on to you massage session.
